DESCRIZIONE

The Biancolilla Extra Virgin Olive Oil ripens in hilly areas in the region of Syracuse, at 700 m above sea level, and takes on its particular character thanks to the arid and volcanic soil. The oil is distinguished by its straw-yellow hues with pleasant light green reflections. Its distinctive herbaceous notes as well as the sweet and aromatic taste make it perfect for both raw and cooked fish courses.
