DESCRIPTION
The Nera Sicula is native to the island. A species so docile that it is not necessary to wear protection during the honey extraction, which nectar is particularly scented and stands out for its floral notes, ascribable to the flower type used for the production. Its colour ranges from white to amber: this honey’s sweetness goes perfectly with seasoned cheese.
