TQB selects fillets from tuna fish weighing under 150 kg, so to guarantee the nutritional and organoleptic features. Cooked in salted water and deboned, the fillets are put in olive oil or left in their natural state. Ideal for first courses, appetizers or to be enjoyed as they are, left to the chefs’ imagination.
