Oregano Powder


The oregano leaves are left to freeze-dry for 8 hours at a temperature of -18°C to avoid bacterial load. Immediately after, the product undergoes a 4-hour long controlled drying process between 46°C and 48°C. After being powdered, it can be kept in a glass jar, ready to satisfy the chef’s creativity.
