The Monocultivar Moresca Extra Virgin Olive Oil ripens on the Hyblean Mountains in the region of Syracuse, up to 800 metres above sea level. It features a fine and persistent fragrance. The rich flavour of fruity nuances recalls myrtle leaves, nettle, cardoon and green tomatoes. Pleasantly bitter and spicy. Ideal on vegetable and composed salads. Excellent in combination with raw or steamed fish.
